<br />ATTACHMENT B -QUALIFICATIONS <br />RELEVANT PROJECT EaPERIEN CE <br />The following projects describe PCR's experience preparing Title 5 Analysis for the Santa <br />Ana Unified School District and other schools in Southern California. <br />Douglas MacArthur Fundamental Intermediate School; Client: Sanirr Ancr Unlfred <br />School Distrlet - As a part of an on-call contract, PCR prepared a Notice of Exemption (NOE) NOE <br />and Title 5 criteria review for the Douglas MacArthur Fundamental Intermediate School. .Proposed <br />improvements include removal of existing portable buildings and the construction new permanent <br />buildings. PCR filed documentation for exemption from CEQA pursuant to Section 15314, due to <br />the minor additions to existing school facility, and limited effects on the environment. PCR prepared <br />a "Title 5 criteria review" to satisfy the California Department of Education (CDE), School Facilities <br />Planning Division (SFPD), plan review requirements for new construction. <br />Edison Elementary School; Client: Santa Ana Unified School District - As a part of an <br />on-call contract, PCR prepared an NOE and Title 5 criteria review for the Edison Elementary <br />School. Proposed improvements include removal of existing portable buildings and the construction <br />new permanent buildings. PCR filed documentation for exemption from CEQA pursuant to Section <br />15314, due to the minor additions to existing school facility, and limited effects on the environment. <br />PCR prepared a "Title 5 criteria review" to satisfy the CDE SFPD plan review requirements for new <br />construction. <br />William Anderson Elementary School; Client: Lawrrdale Elemenany School District - <br />PCR prepared an NOE and Title 5 review for proposed improvements to William Anderson <br />Elementary School - 4130 West 154th Street, Lawndale, California 90260. <br />Downey High School; Client: Downey Unified School District - As a follow up to PCR's <br />work at the high school provided six years prior, PCR prepared a NOE and Title 5 review for <br />proposed improvements to Downey High School - 11040 Brookshire Avenue, Downey, California <br />90241.
