These complaints must be filed directly with the WIA administrative <br />entity. The WIA administrative entity shall issue a written decision within 30 days <br />of the filing of the complaint. If the complaint is still unresolved, an appeal may be <br />made to the Chief of State Workforce Investment Division Office. <br />The Department of Labor, the Civil Service Commission, the Equal Employment <br />opportunity Commission, and many other offices and agencies are committed to <br />assuring equal employment opportunities for all persons. Criminal Complaints <br />In accordance with the WIA (P.L. 105-200) and the implementing code of Federal section <br />667.600.... Federal handling of criminal complaints and report fraud, abuse and other <br />criminal activity. "All information and complaints involving fraud, abuse or other criminal <br />activity shall be reported directly and immediately to the City of Santa Ana and the <br />Secretary of Labor." <br />II.
