Set Public Hearing For_ <br />OA-A-???ITYAANAGER <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION <br />CONTINUED TO <br />FILE NUMBER <br />Adopt a resolution amending the Conflict of Interest Codes of Certain City Agencies and <br />Departments. <br />DISCUSSION <br />The California State Government Code specifies that local agencies must review their Conflict <br />of Interest Codes each even-numbered year. Changes to the codes must be adopted by the <br />City Council as the code reviewing body for City agencies and departments. <br />Pursuant to State requirements, we have reviewed the Code for each City agency. The City's <br />Code has been revised to include new positions added since the last code review, delete <br />positions that have been eliminated or whose duties do not include making or participating in <br />governmental decisions, and modify the Disclosure Category for some positions as indicated in <br />the attached resolution.
