As Recommended <br />OBLIGATION PAYMENT (ROPS) 3 ? As Amended <br />AND ADMINISTRATIVE BUDGET ? Implementing Resolution <br />? Other <br />CITY MANAGER <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION <br />Receive and file. <br />DISCUSSION <br />CONTINUED TO <br />FILE NUMBER <br />On August 20, 2012, the Successor Agency adopted a resolution approving the Third Recognized <br />Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS 3) and Administrative Budget for the period of January 1, 2013 <br />through June 30, 2013. The action also directed the City Manager and/or Director of Finance or their <br />designess to make or accept any augmentation, modification, additions, or revisions to the ROPS <br />and/or Administrative Budget as deemed appropriate in their reasonable discretion. <br />On August 28, 2012, the Oversight Board of the Successor Agency to the former Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana also adopted and approved the action above. In <br />finalizing the ROPS 3 and Administrative Budget, certain modifications were made to the forms that <br />were then officially submitted to the Department of Finance by the September 4, 2012 deadline. <br />A copy of the final Certified ROPS 3 and Administrative Budget that was submitted to Department of <br />Finance is attached for your information. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />"ho-vi u "14 <br />Nancy T.
