Adopt a resolution. <br />SA RESOLUTION NO. 2012-007 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ACTING AS SUCCESSOR <br />AGENCY TO THE FORMER COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY APPROVING THE THIRD RECOGNIZED OBLIGATION <br />PAYMENT SCHEDULE (ROPS) AND ADOPTING AND APPROVING <br />THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY'S ADMINISTRATIVE BUDGET FOR <br />THE PERIOD OF JANUARY 1, 2013 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2013 <br />PURSUANT TO HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE SECTIONS <br />34177(1)(1) AND 34177(m), AND CERTAIN OTHER ACTIONS <br />PURSUANT TO PART 1.85 OF DIVISION 24 OF THE CALIFORNIA <br />HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE ("DISSOLUTION ACT") <br />2.
