Set Public Hearing For <br />CONTINUED TO <br />FILE NUMBER <br />Receive and file the staff report approving Variance No. 2012-07 as conditioned. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />On September 24, 2012, the Planning Commission adopted a resolution approving Variance No. <br />2012-07 as conditioned by a vote of 7:0 to allow a reduction in landscaped setbacks and allow <br />the construction of a new 6,000 square foot commercial building at 2702 North Bristol Street <br />located in the Community Commercial (Cl) zoning district. The Planning Commission added <br />conditions of approval to preclude landscaping and lighting from impacting the adjacent multi- <br />family residential development and a condition that requires the installation of signage that <br />prohibits overnight parking on the site (Exhibit A). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br /> <br />Jay-M.
