Adopt a resolution. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA AMENDING THE PROJECT LIST FOR USE OF PROPOSITION <br />1B FY 2009/10 <br /> <br />2. Award a contract to Hardy & Harper, Inc., the lowest responsible <br />bidder, in accordance with unit bid prices in the estimated <br />amount of $1,049,000 for construction of the Lyon Street: <br />Chestnut to First & Main/First Street Improvements (Project No. <br />126775), and McFadden Avenue: Harbor To Fairview (Project No. <br />126777). <br /> <br />3.
