Fregoso <br />City of Santa Ana <br />Pago 2 of 2 <br />would occur on May 7 and June 4, before the City Council Hearings, and Mr, Jeremy Hollins, MA, <br />Architectural History Team Lead/Senior Architectural Historian, will provide the cultural resource <br />support services. <br />Mr. Hollins and one support staff will attend two (2) City Council Appeal Hearings on May 7, 2012 <br />and June 4, 2012 and will be able to answer questions regarding the past determinations of eligibility <br />for the City Council, and be available for a de-brief following the Hearings with the City. Mr. <br />Hollins and/or URS will not make a presentation or prepare any type of multi-media or visual aide to <br />the City Council and will not answer other questions regarding the TAVA EIR, aside from the <br />cultural resources-related questions. <br />COST AND SCHEDULE <br />URS' estimated cost to implement the services is $5,810,00 based on a not-to-exceed, time-and- <br />materials basis. Our. proposal includes the costs for the proposed services, as well as our assumptions <br />associated with performing the above scope of work, Based on the information received to date, It is <br />envisioned that the project costs wilt be as anticipated In our proposal. However, circumstances and <br />issues that cannot be anticipated ahead of time may be encountered that will affect project costs and/or <br />schedule (including attendance at additional City Council Hearings beyond May 7 and June 4), which will <br />result In separate costs.
