Councilmember Bustamante, Mayor Pro Tern Alvarez, and Mayor Pulido <br />opposed to additional regulations on developers; requested continuance <br />of ordinance to receive input from Chamber of Commerce and labor <br />unions. <br />Friend amendment proposed by Councilmember Martinez to post top <br />three bid proposals on the City's website as required in Section 7(b). <br />Councilmember Tinajero proposed removal of part of Section 8(d) <br />requiring a general statement of issues discussed on calendars. <br />Councilmember Benavides requested Section 10 be consistent and state <br />5-year Strategic Plan instead of 3-year. <br />MOTION: <br />1.
