<br />27. Legal Action <br /> <br />In addition to any other rights or remedies, either Party may take legal action, in law or in equity, <br />to cure, correct, or remedy and default, to recover damages for any default, to compel specific <br />performance of this Agreement, to obtain injunctive relief, or to obtain any other remedy consistent with <br />the purposes of this Agreement. <br /> <br />28. Amendment <br /> <br />This Agreement may be amended only by the written mutual consent of CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />and CONTRACTOR. <br /> <br />29. Additional Services <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR shall not receive compensation for any services provided outside the scope of <br />the Contract Documents unless such additional services are approved in writing by CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA prior to CONTRACTOR performing the additional services. It is specifically understood that oral <br />requests or approvals of such additional services, change orders, or additional compensation, and any <br />approvals from the CITY OF SANTA ANA, shall be barred and are unenforceable. <br /> <br />30. Counterparts <br />This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts by the parties hereto. All <br />counterparts shall be construed together and shall constitute one Agreement. <br /> <br />31.
