Any notices received after 7 days concerning defective hardware will be null and void and will not be accepted for return or replacement by TAN_ Thereafter, the standard manufacturers warranty will apply. Onitoina Fees: Transactions entered directly by participants through the Website will be assessed the customary transaction fee charged by TAN to online registrants ( "Transaction Fee "), as described below. Each online registrant will pay the event registration fee charged by Customer plus a Transaction Fee equal to three dollars ($3.00) +three percent (3 %) with a minimum service charge of three dollars ($3.00). Transactions entered by a member of Customer on behalf of a participant and processed via Hosted Payment Server will be assessed a Transaction Fee equal to three percent (3 %), with a minimum Transaction Fee of one dollar ($.1 .00). We may change the Transaction Fee at any time and you agree to such change unless you provide us with written objection to such change within thirty (30) days from the date such change is first implemented. We will be responsible for collecting all registration fees charged by you and all Transaction Fees assessed by us. All registration fees, except Transaction Fees, are your exclusive property. Any registration tees collected by us will be sent to you once a week and Transaction Fees shall be retained by us_ TAN shall not be responsible for processing or making any refunds.
