The <br />assistance that Jan Perkins or other Management Partners team members will provide will be on <br />aproject-by-project basis and will vary, depending oil the City's needs. We will bill on the <br />basis of hours worked, plus travel expenses. We are proposing anot-to-exceed monthly fee of <br />$20,000 to be charged according to the rates shown below. The number of hours is likely to <br />fluctuate by month, depending on the needs of the City of Santa Ana.
