The site has a relatively <br />long and narrow land configuration with 86,626 square feet of land area. The net <br />useable land area, exclusive of that portion which lies within an unimproved flood <br />channel, is estimated at 66,546 square feet. While the site is not located within a <br />specific zone district, properties immediately surrounding the site are zoned for <br />industrial use. <br /> <br />A site map of the property is included in the attached hereto as Exhibit A-1. <br />
