Section 2: The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby requests the <br />Orange County Transportation Authority allocate funds in the amounts specified in the <br />City's application to said City from the Comprehensive Transportation Programs. Said <br />funds shall be matched by funds from Santa Ana as required and shall be used as <br />supplemental funding to aid the City in the improvement of the following street(s): <br />PROJECT PROGRAM FY <br />Warner Ave Widening: Main St to Oak St. RCP 13/14 <br />Bristol St. Widening: Civic Center to Washington RCP 13/14, 15/16 <br />Grand Ave. and 1st St. Intersection Widening RCP 13/14 <br />Grand Ave. Widening: Walnut to 1st St RCP 13/14 <br />Main St Corridor Traffic Signal Synchronization TSSP 13/14 <br />Kramer Blvd/Glassell St/Grand Ave Corridor Traffic <br /> 13/14 <br />Signal Synchronization TSSP <br />Section 3: The City Council appoints the City Manager, or the Executive <br />Director of the Public Works Agency or his designee, as agent for the City of Santa Ana <br />to conduct all negotiations, execute and submit all documents, including but not limited <br />to applications, agreements, amendments, payment requests and so on, which may be <br />necessary for allocation of the requested funds to Santa Ana. <br />Section 4: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by <br />the City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting <br />this Resolution. <br />ADOPTED this day of 2012. <br />Miguel A.
