The <br />report is divided into three sections: Loan Activity, Loan Portfolio Management and Monitoring, <br />and Development Projects. <br />Loan Activity <br />Applications <br />The Housing Division offers several <br />different programs. The loans offered <br />include homebuyer down payment <br />assistance and rehabilitation loans for <br />historic single family, single family and <br />mobile homes.
