Outline of On-the-Job Training Plan and Method of Assessment: <br />ELEMENTS OF TRAINING HOURS OF TRAINING <br />1. Will be taught all appropriate safety procedures 40 <br />Measurement Method: Q & A, task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate <br />of proficiency within first Month and a half of training. <br />2.. Read Blue Prints <br /> 50 <br />Will be taught to read, examine blueprints, drawings or samples to determine <br />size, tolerance, type, material, finish plus any special requirements. <br />Measurement Method: Q & A, task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate <br />of proficiency within subsequent three and a half months. <br />3 . Measurement and Inspection Techniques <br /> 50 <br />Will be taught how to inspect any and all blueprint requirement. All inspect <br />tools will be utilized with plenty of hands on time to learn good practice and <br />technique. Included but not limited to will be the inspection of linear <br />dimensions, angles, diameters, depths, finish, thread, run-out, flatness, <br />parallelism and true position.. <br />Measurement Method: Q & A task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate of <br />proficiency within subsequent three and a half months. <br />4. Secondary Operations 600 <br />Will be trained in numerous techniques involved with deburring a finished <br />part. Minor assembly work shall be included as well. General shop practices <br />plus shipping and receiving shall be included. <br />Measurement Method: Q &C A task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate of <br />proficiency within subsequent three and a half months.
