Joseph House serves 20 single men, including veterans. Regina House serves single
mothers and their children and Emmanuel House serves individuals living with HIV/AIDS. The transitional
programs allow the residents to have a roof over their head while they receive individualized case
management and can eventually move into permanent housing. Upon entry into the program, clients meet
with the program manager to set goals in the areas of housing, health, finances, and life skills. It is a
program requirement that each resident meet with the program manager on an on-going basis in order to
help the residents achieve their goals. Program managers can track the positive changes which they see in
the clients overtime. Additionally, clients must attend monthly workshops, life skills classes, and social
events in order to improve their social skills.
Santa Ana ESG funds will be used for program staff salaries including management, coordination and case
management of the program; facilities expenses including phones and utilities.
Schedule of Performance
Estimate the number of unduplicated Santa Ana residents to be served by the funded program during the 12-month
contract period per quarter.
