Road Improvement, Congestion Relief, and Traffic Safety Account of 2006, and <br />authorizes the Executive Director of Public Works to submit these projects to the <br />California Department of Finance: <br />•- ? <br />Broadway from Anahurst to Edinger ?- <br />Street Rehabilitation <br />Broadwa from McFadden to First Street Rehabilitation <br />Raitt Street from St. Gertrude to Edin er Street Rehabilitation <br />Raitt Street from Warner to St. Gertrude Street Rehabilitation <br /> <br /> <br /> c+?ee+ oe?,??.:r+.?+:.... <br /> <br />L on Street from Chestnut to First Street Rehabilitation <br />McFadden Avenue from Harbor to Fairview Street Rehabilitation <br />MacArthur Blvd from Bristol to Flower Street Rehabilitation <br />Strikeout indicates Project removed from list <br />Bold indicates Project added to list <br />Section 3: The City Council certifies that the City of Santa Ana will comply with <br />applicable provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act, the National <br />Environmental Policy Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Secretary of the <br />Interior's Standards and Guidelines for Archaeology and Historic Preservation, and any <br />other Federal, State, and/or local laws, rules and regulations. <br />Section 4: The City Council appoints the City Manager, or the Executive <br />Director of the Public Works Agency or his designee, as agent for the City of Santa Ana <br />to conduct all negotiations, execute and submit all documents, including but not limited <br />to applications, agreements, amendments, payment requests and so on, which may be <br />necessary for the completion of the projects. <br />Section 5.: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the <br />City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting <br />this Resolution. <br />ADOPTED this day of 2012. <br />Miguel A.
