Pursuant to Section 41-196 of the Santa <br />Ana Municipal Cade (SAMC), establishments that sell alcoholic beverages require a conditional use <br />permit. <br />Proiec# Location and Site Description <br />Los Corales Seafood Restaurant currently operates within a free standing, single-tenant building that <br />is located at the northeast corner of Westminster Avenue and Sydney Street. The applicant proposes <br />to obtain a Type 41 ABC license for the on-premise consumption of beer and wine as part of the <br />proposed restaurant's business model. <br />The site contains 1,216 square feet of floor area and was constructed prior to 1959 under the County's <br />.lurisdiction. A total of 15 parking spaces are provided in a surface parking lat. The site is surrounded <br />by shopping center uses to the east, west and south, and residential uses to the north (Exhibits 1 <br />and 2). <br />Project Description <br />Los Corales restaurant is requesting approval of a Type 41 Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) license <br />to allow the on-premise sale of beer and wine as part of the eating establishment.
