At the <br />September 4, 2012 City Council meeting Mayor Pro Tem Alvarez <br />requested item be agendized on the next City Council agenda for status <br />report from staff. At the September 17, 2012 City Council meeting Mayor <br />Pro Tem Alvarez requested matter be re- agendized after October 2012 to <br />receive update. <br />Clerk of the Council Huizar provided status update.
