Mayor Pro Tern <br />Alvarez requested that the item remain on the Agenda to receive updates. <br />Mayor Pulido, and Councilmember Martinez declared a conflict of interest on Agenda <br />Item 85B, left the dais and did not participate in the discussion of the matters (7:01 <br />p.m.).
