<br />Metro Gold Line Foothill Extension Bus Interface and Parking Garages — As part of the
<br />effort to extend the Metro Gold Line from Pasadena to Montclair, IBI Group is assisting in

<br />an effort to develop detailed station interface plans for the 12 stations along the 16 mile

<br />extension. The effort includes developing concepts for each of the stations which include
<br />transit restructuring to better serve and interface with the new stations, investigating urban

<br />design and connectivity opportunities and identifying important station attributes to provide
<br />a more pleasant and friendly environment for patrons. David is the Partner -in- Charge of IBI
<br />American Planning Association
<br />Group's effort on this project and is helping with the transit restructuring plan to increase the
<br />efficiency of the local, express and municipal transit lines that connect with the new
<br />Chi Epsilon, Civil Engineering Honor

<br />Mr. Chow has conducted numerous parking and traffic impact studies throughout the
<br />southwest United States and is thoroughly familiar with the methodologies, principles and
