Our Project Manager for this <br />contract, Court Morgan, will ultimately be responsible for managing and <br />delivering all services requested by the City under this contract. Mr. <br />Morgan, through his past work for the City, is familiar with City <br />administrative procedures and- environmental documentation <br />requirements.
