The release solution was built <br />specifically for corrections and is the most comprehensive solution <br />in the industry, using both hardware and software to provide an <br />easy -to -use and convenient release process, complete with <br />unprecedented security in the transfer of inmate funds. <br />The Release Debit Card is activated by the facility at the inmate's time of release. The pin <br />number is also assigned at activation — ensuring the released inmate has secure access <br />to their funds on an <br />active card. <br />Benefits of the TouchPay Release Card include: <br />• 100% Free to facility <br />• Nearly eliminates check reconciliation <br />• Takes only moments to assign and fund a card <br />• Reduces workload on release staff and accounting <br />• No more escheatment <br />• Immediate use of funds by released inmate – eliminates concerns of releasing inmates during <br />evenings and weekends without travel money <br />• No card issue fee to the inmate, and first point -of -sale (POS) transaction is free <br />• Can request release funds on a check at no charge by contacting customer service <br />• No reissuance of lost checks to individuals, even if they lose their card, 24/7/365 customer <br />support takes care of everything <br />• Instructional information distributed with card at release <br />• Accepted internationally, including Mexico and Canada, and at: <br />• Any location MasterCard PIN -debit cards are accepted <br />• More than 2 Million locations through the Star PIN -debit Network <br />• More than 4,400 financial institutions and 350,000 ATMs across the US through the <br />PULSE PIN -debit Network <br />PCI Compliance <br />TouchPay is PCI compliant, a member of SWACHA, and is well versed and totally operated <br />within the strict guidelines of Visa and MasterCard regulations. Scans for PCI compliance are <br />conducted by Comodo as required by Visa and MasterCard regulations, and TouchPay will <br />provide our most current PCI scan upon request as proof of compliance. <br />TouchPay has multiple levels of security for all data stored and transferred via our systems.
