???? <br />Electrical Data, Inc. <br />Statement of Qualifications <br />Crosstown Electrical & Data, Inc. has vast experience in working with Advanced Traffic <br />Management Systems to include Traffic Signal Systems, Closed Circuit Television systems and <br />Transportation Information Systems. Our technicians have the skills and training to ensure proper <br />communication can be established between Traffic Management Center and field equipment <br />through fiber optic, twisted-pair interconnect, wireless broadband, and/or telephone (T1) lines. We <br />are very familiar with Cohu and Pelco camera systems and all associated equipment and have <br />installed hundreds of similar ITS systems throughout the state of California. <br />Crosstown is an expert in fiber optic communication. We own our own fleet of fiber optic splicing <br />vans which include all applicable equipment such as optical time domain reflectometers (OTDR's), <br />light sources, power meters and fiber optic fusion splicers. We are able to troubleshoot and provide <br />solutions quickly and efficiently to help maintain a properly functioning system. We have great <br />relationships with our vendors and are able to procure replacement equipment in a timely manner. <br />Our network engineers are able to provide any necessary network integration with networking and <br />communication hardware and are very familiar with all TMC equipment such as computer servers, <br />computer workstations, managed switches and routers, video processing units, hardwire <br />interconnects and fiber optic patch panels. <br />Crosstown is also able to perform field communication system repairs that may include the <br />installation of conduit and cables, splicing and termination of fiber optic cable and hard interconnect <br />cables and providing and installing splice kits. We are proficient in fiber optic splicing by the fusion <br />method. <br />Crosstown owns its own bucket/ lift/ boom trucks with a minimum of 50-foot reach capability and is <br />able to arrive on site prepared and ready to troubleshoot/ repair and or install CCTV cameras or <br />wireless communication equipment. <br />Crosstown Electrical & Data, Inc. understands that all work activities shall be confined to the <br />following hours unless specified otherwise: <br />From 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, within work areas having either <br />No lane closure or having continuous lane closures. <br />From 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, for work requiring temporary <br />lane closures. <br />Our technicians will furnish all tools, equipment, apparatus, facilities, labor, services and materials to <br />perform all work necessary to maintain/repair the ATMS and communication systems. <br />Crosstown Electrical & Data, Inc. has performed numerous ITS communication projects in the city of <br />Santa Ana including Maintenance projects in the past. We have provided splicing, termination and <br />testing of fiber optic cable, installation and integration of closed circuit television systems, and <br />installation and integration of electronic and wireless equipment.
