An electronic copy of all maps will be provided in GIS or Microstation format. <br /> Task 5.4 Project Review Meetings and Coordination <br /> RBF will attend meetings and provide consulting services with the City and other agencies as directed by the City <br /> during each of the master plan. RBF participate in an initial kick off meeting. RBF will attend monthly progress <br /> meetings with the City and prepare meeting agendas and minutes for the meeting. The purpose of the meetings <br /> will be to review the progress of work and provide direction regarding the development of the MPD. This task also <br /> includes overall project management and development of schedule for the study. <br /> Deliverable: <br /> 1. Meeting agendas <br /> 2. Meeting minutes <br /> 3. Project Schedule <br /> <br /> Task 5.5 Quality Control and Quality Assurance <br /> RBF shall prepare and implement a quality control program for the duration of the project. The program will <br /> document the responsibilities and processes used to ensure a quality project is provided to the City. This task shall <br /> include the preparation of a project specific plan, oversight by the QA/QC manager, and the independent technical <br /> reviews prior to project submittals. <br /> Deliverable: <br /> 1. QA/QC Plan <br /> TASK 6 System Installation and Training <br /> RBF will train City staff in the use of the hydrology and hydraulics programs (CivilStorm). The training will include: <br /> <br /> ¦ An overview of the CivilStorm application <br /> ¦ Transferring the hydrology data into CivilStorm <br /> ¦ Performing hydrology/hydraulic analysis using CivilStorm <br /> ¦ Utilizing the master plan data to complete specific detailed storm drain design <br /> The training will be conducted at City Hall with City furnished equipment. For budgeting purposes, the assumed <br /> training hours are 60 in conformance with the RFP. <br /> <br /> Deliverable: <br /> 1. Training at City Hall <br /> <br /> Exclusions: <br /> 1. Purchase of CivilStorm software for the city <br /> 2.
