Agreement with RBF Consulting for <br />Updating the Storm Drain Master Plan <br />January 22, 2012 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />The Request for Proposals (RFP) was posted on the City website for a period of 28 days, <br />resulting in four firms submitting proposals. The proposals were evaluated by a review <br />committee comprised of personnel from the Public Works Agency. Ratings were based on <br />criteria related to the qualifications of the firm and the proposed team, responsiveness to the <br />RFP, and the capacity of the firm to perform and deliver the required work. Additionally, the top <br />two firms were invited to be interviewed by the review committee.
