January 15, 2013 <br />Mayor Miguel Pulido <br />City Council Members <br />Santa Ana, California <br />Dear Mayor and City Council Members, <br />I have read in the Orange County Register that the City Council is planning to fire our excellent City <br />Manager, Paul Walters, who was also an outstanding Chief of Police for our city. In the last year he <br />has also made decisions that have helped the city of Santa Ana come back from a near bankruptcy. <br />I cannot understand why you would want to get rid of such a Fne man who has an impeccable track <br />record.
