1. Approve the Ad Hoc Committee's (Councilmembers Martinez and <br />Sarmiento) recommendation to consolidate the City Council <br />Committees and establish the following five: <br />• Development and Transportation Committee <br />• Public Safety and Neighborhood Improvement Committee <br />• Parks, Recreation, Education & Youth (PREY) Committee; and <br />Joint Santa Ana Unified School District /City Council Committee <br />• Code of Ethics and Conduct Committee <br />• Finance, Economic Development and Technology Committee <br />2.
