Therefore, we will provide the Council with solid technical solutions. Alternatives will be clearly defined with their respective <br />pros and cons, so that the decisions rendered are clear and understood. <br />As detailed in this proposal, the engineering scope of work will include preparation and submittal of preliminary design <br />plans to include plan right-of-way maps, traffic analysis, identification of existing levels of service, storm water management, <br />drainage, utility relocations/modification and mitigation measures based on local, state and federal requirements. <br />Environmental <br />CEQA documentation and process requirements will be integrated to assure specific adherence to all environmental <br />requirements. As overall project lead, The Planning Centers (TPC) project manager will coordinate the CEQA process. All <br />necessary environmental research and analysis shall be performed pursuant to CEQA, and utilizing the City's guidance and <br />procedures. <br />During the kick off' meeting and field review, The Planning Center team will review the preliminary, alternative road <br />widening options and potential project impacts. An Environmental Impact Report (EIR) has been assumed for this proposal <br />for the scope of work, schedule and cost estimate. <br />As detailed in our scope of work, The Planning Center team will conduct necessary technical studies to support an RJR to <br />meet CEQA requirements.
