The Exercise Design Team <br />(EDT) can either opt for a seminar that builds upon the 2011 Citizen <br />Preparedness Drill or a workshop that focuses on the development of a <br />Citizen Preparedness Strategy, which was a recommendation in the 2009 <br />ASAUA Homeland Security Strategy.
