As <br />the project consists of the naming of a street to reduce confusion to the <br />public, the general rule exemption is applicable. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana, after <br />conducting the public hearing, hereby approves Street Naming No. 2012-01 to name <br />the street segment adjacent to Santa Ana Stadium as "Coach Dick Hill Way."
