Approve the Ad Hoc Committee's (Councilmembers Martinez and <br />Sarmiento) recommendation to consolidate the City Council <br />Committees and establish the following five: <br />• Development and Transportation Committee <br />• Public Safety and Neighborhood Improvement Committee <br />• Parks, Recreation, Education & Youth (PREY) Committee; and <br />Joint Santa Ana Unified School District /City Council Committee <br />• Code of Ethics and Conduct Committee <br />• Finance, Economic Development and Technology Committee <br />2. Adopt a resolution restructuring the City Council Committees and <br />amending the appointing authority. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2013-002 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION <br />NOS. 1998-091, 1999-069, 2001-016, 2001-33, 2003-001, 2007-014, <br />AND 2007-029 REGARDING COMMITTEES OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />3.
