O <br />INSURANCE NOT ON FILE N-2012-094-001 <br />WORK MAY NOT PROCEED <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />DATE: FIRST AMENDMENT TO ON-THE-JOB TRAINING <br />CDA (27) ^ 6 2013 AGREEMENT UNDER THE WORKFORCE INVESTMENT ACT <br />Sy'V'?C4 THIS FIRST AMENDMENT, made and entered into this 20`h day of November, 2012, by and between Ray's <br />V"'t*rap Inc., DBA Jillson & Roberts ("Employer") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation duly organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The City and Employer entered into that certain On-The-Job Training Agreement Under the Workforce <br />Investment Act effective July 25, 2012 (Agreement #N-2012-094) hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement". <br />B. The parties hereto now desire to extend the Term of said Agreement. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter contained and <br />made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the parties hereto do <br />hereby agree as follows: <br />Section 1, "Term" of said Agreement is amended and extended through December 31, 2012. <br />2. Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in <br />full force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment to said Agreement the date and <br />year first above written. <br />ATTEST: <br />Maria D.
