O INSURANCE NOT ON FILE N-2012-094-001 WORK MAY NOT PROCEED CLERK OF COUNCIL DATE: FIRST AMENDMENT TO ON-THE-JOB TRAINING CDA (27) ^ 6 2013 AGREEMENT UNDER THE WORKFORCE INVESTMENT ACT Sy'V'?C4 THIS FIRST AMENDMENT, made and entered into this 20`h day of November, 2012, by and between Ray's V"'t*rap Inc., DBA Jillson & Roberts ("Employer") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). RECITALS A. The City and Employer entered into that certain On-The-Job Training Agreement Under the Workforce Investment Act effective July 25, 2012 (Agreement #N-2012-094) hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement". B. The parties hereto now desire to extend the Term of said Agreement. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter contained and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: Section 1, "Term" of said Agreement is amended and extended through December 31, 2012. 2. Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
