<br />Notice is hereby given
<br />BIDDERS that this project is
<br />funded with Community
<br />Development Block Grant
<br />(CDBG) man ey, and that the
<br />rate at wages for each craft
<br />or type of work or mechanic
<br />employed under this contract
<br />shall he as specified under
<br />the current determinations of
<br />the De artmenit of Labor as
<br />regulrQd uncle
<br />Bacon Act. Where a
<br />pscred' panty artists between
<br />Federal and State prevailing
<br />wage rate, the higher of the
<br />two prevailing wage rates

<br />Each bid shall be

<br />Anticipated DBE: Participation
<br />Level (AADPL) of 9.65%..

<br />6.38% Race Conscious) for
<br />projects constructed during
<br />the Federal Fiscal Year
<br />2012/2013. This percentage
