KMA's understanding of the assignment is described. <br />2. A summary of KMA relevant qualifications is provided. <br />3. The scope of services being proposed by KMA is identified. <br />4. Timing and budget estimates for the proposed scope of services is provided. <br />BACKGROUND STATEMENT <br />Over the past several years, the City has undertaken transportation planning and master <br />planning studies for the 94-acre Station District, which includes the City Site, including <br />the SARTC.
