POWER is currently <br />working with these <br />subconsultants on similar <br />projects, and therefore the <br />POWER Team will bring <br />team cohesiveness to <br />the City's contract. <br />AE Specializes in These <br />Cultural Services <br />> Cultural and Paleontological <br />Resource Investigations and <br />Reporting <br />> National Historic Preservation Act <br />Section 106 Consultation <br />> Native American Coordination and <br />Consultation <br />> Architectural History Analysis and <br />Reporting <br />> Data Recovery and Museum <br />Curation <br />> Cultural and Paleontological <br />Resources Construction <br />Monitoring <br />POWER ENGINEERS, INC. <br />Highway Administration (FHWA), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service <br />(USFWS), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), U.S. Forest <br />Service, Bureau of Land Management, and various state, regional, and <br />local agencies in developing more than 150 CEQA and NEPA <br />compliance documents, management plans, and associated permits. We <br />have conducted interagency coordination at varying levels of detail and <br />complexity. When necessary, POWER's in-house Public Outreach <br />Group facilitates involvement of the public and agencies in the <br />environmental process. <br />SUSCONSUL TANTS' EXPERTISE & EXPERIENCE <br />The in-depth experience of POWER's subconsultants with City and <br />Caltrans processes will allow the team to execute Work Assignments <br />under this contract in a highly cost effective and expeditious manner. <br />Importantly, POWER is currently working with these subconsultants on <br />similar projects, and therefore the POWER Team will bring team <br />cohesiveness to the City's contract. Provided below is an overview of <br />each subconsultant. <br />APPLIED EARTHWORKS <br />Incorporated in 1995, Applied EarthWorks, Inc. (AE) is a certified small <br />business with 45 professional staff performing work throughout <br />California and the Western U.S. Specializing in history, archaeology, <br />architectural history, and paleontology, few cultural resource consulting <br />firms can match AE's corporate experience in southern California. AE <br />possesses a thorough understanding of Federal and state regulatory <br />compliance procedures and has successfully completed more than 2,100 <br />projects on behalf of governmental and private sector clients. Its staff <br />maintains excellent working relationships with the State Historic <br />Preservation Office, Native American Heritage Commission, and other <br />Native American organizations. <br />AE has a successful track record providing high-quality on-call/as-needed <br />environmental services to local public agency clients. Those agencies have <br />indicated their high level of satisfaction with our services and products by <br />awarding us consecutive contracts.
