Si t Furj<'4nlc <br />• Permitted Experts on Project -Specific: Species: Holding specific U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service <br />(USFWS) and California Department of Fish and Game (CDFG) permits and Memorandums of <br />Understanding (MOUS), our Team includes licensed biologists with federal and state licenses <br />and/or permits to physically handle project -specific species such as the Santa Ana sucker, <br />Arroyo toad, least Bell's vireo, coastal California gnatcatcher, and southwestern willow <br />flycatcher. <br />• On -Call, Multi -Task Experts Delivering Results, Not Surprises: Because our business includes <br />regularly -renewed on-call/as-needed public works contracts, our staff manages simultaneous <br />tasks at multiple sites, expediting City public works project schedules and ensuring consistent, <br />quality delivery—from preparing CEQA/NEPA environmental documents, to preparing permit <br />packages and organizing preconstruction surveys to overseeing compliance monitoring. <br />• Strong Agency Relationships Facilitate Permitting and Approvals: With dozens of agency - <br />approved biologist resumes and long-term regulatory agency relationships, we will expedite <br />permits and project approvals using proactive, regular agency communications from Day <br />One -keeping the City's public works projects seamlessly moving forward. <br />• A Respected, Public Works -Experienced Program Manager (PM): Our PM and your primary <br />contact, Gene Anderson, has 30+ years of project management experience working with and <br />overseeing CEOA/NEPA compliance projects, staff planners, biologists, cultural resource <br />specialists, and subconsultant teaming partners. Mr. Anderson will keep the City informed and <br />up-to-date for ongoing project activities and milestones while delivering projects on-time, <br />within -budget and in alignment with the City's high standards. <br />We look forward to a productive relationship with the City, applying our technical experience, <br />management principles, problem -solving skills, and working knowledge of local policies and practices <br />to provide quality, responsive as -needed services to Santa Ana's Public Works Agency. <br />Chambers Group is a privately owned corporation established in 1978.
