JOINT CITY COUNCIL/HOUSING AUTHORITY -EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATING <br />AGREEMENT FOR REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION CENTER AND HOUSING <br />AUTHORITY PROPERTIES; AND CONTRACT AMENDMENT WITH KEYSER <br />MARSTON ASSOCIATES <br />CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br />RECOMMENDED ACTIONS: <br />1. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute the <br />Exclusive Negotiating Agreement subject to non-substantive changes <br />approved by the Executive Director, City Manager and respective <br />attorneys. <br />AGMT -Between the City of Santa Ana, Housing Authority of the City of <br />Santa Ana, and Santa Ana Station District, LLC for the Santa Ana Regional <br />Transportation Center (SARTC} and related Authority property <br />2.
