The one-stop delivery system <br />i net~rork of UUTA--mandated and optional partners rho are respansihle for providing services, as <br />applicable, fortrainingand employment opportunities authorized by the Act. The City of Santa Ana <br />currently operates the ne~top Center. <br />The l~ler~orandun~ of Understanding ~~U} provides for collaboration by ail of the one~stap <br />partners and creates a seamless system of service delivery designed to enhance access to the <br />programs' services and improve lonWter employment outcomes far the individuals receiving <br />services ~Bxhibit 'i }. The M~U contains the provisions required by the 11~1A, uvhich includes <br />services to be provided through the one-stag delivery system; the funding of theca services and <br />operating costs of the system; and the methods for referring individuals beuveen the one-stag <br />operators and partners This tU streamlines the referral process for the blousing Authority's <br /> <br />
