consistent with the Political Reform Act and FPPC Regulations. In the event of any <br />inconsistency between the provisions of this Resolution, and the Political Reform Act <br />andlor the FPPC Regulations, the provisions of the Political Reform Act and FPPC <br />Regulations shall govern. <br />Section 11. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or word of <br />this Resolution is for any reason held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, <br />such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Resolution. <br />The Successor Housing Agency hereby declares that it would have passed and <br />adopted this Resolution, and each and all provisions hereof, irrespective of the fact that <br />one or more section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or word may be declared <br />invalid. <br />Section 12. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by <br />the Successor Housing Agency Board, and the Recording Secretary for the Authority <br />shall attest to and certify the vote adopting this Resolution. <br />
