The report is divided into three sections: Waiting List, Participants, and <br />Production. <br />Wasting List <br />As of September 30, 2012, there were 3,105 individuals/families on the waiting list. The waiting list <br />last opened on October 1, 2007 and closed November 30, 2007. Charts 1 and 2 depict the <br />characteristics of those currently on the waiting list. <br />
