DRAFT <br />November 8, 2012 <br />Presentation of Master Plan to City Council/Housing <br />Authority for consideration of approval <br />DDA negotiations formally commence <br />Plan <br />Within 60 days following Developer's <br />submission of any necessary revisions <br />to Final Master Plan. <br />Upon approval by the City <br />Council/Housing Authority of the Final <br />Master Plan <br />Non-substantive modifications to this Schedule of Performance may be made at any time by <br />mutual agreement of the Developer, the Executive Director of the Community Development <br />Agency, and the Executive Director of the Housing Authority, subject to the time frames <br />specified in the Agreement. <br />Per Sections 4 and 5 of this Agreement, the term of this Agreement may be extended. In that <br />event, the Developer, Executive Director of the Community Development Agency and the <br />Executive Director of the Housing Authority shall mutually agree to a revision(s) of this <br />Schedule of Performance to reflect the extension(s). <br />
