<br />BACKGROUND STATEMENT
<br />Over the past several years, the City has undertaken transportation planning and master
<br />planning studies for the 94-acre Station District, which includes the City Site, including
<br />the SARTC. These studies provide conceptual visions for the mix of commercial
<br />development that could potentially be undertaken in the general area.
