I T <br />R~CUsY]MEND~Cs FICTION <br />Receive and file the Quarterly Report of Contracts entered into between October 1, 2012 and <br />December 31, 2012, valued at $25,000 and less. <br />DISCUSSION <br />On October 6, 2008, the Housing Authority increased the Executive Director's authority to execute <br />agreements from an amount not to exceed $10,000 to $25,000. Agreements valued at greater than <br />$25,000 require approval by the Board of Directors. This is the same authority granted to the City <br />Manager by the voters through a Charter Amendment in November of 2006. The authority granted <br />to the Executive Director required the submission of a quarterly report (Exhibit 1) to the Housing <br />Authority at a public meeting on all such agreements.
