City of Santa Ana, PWA <br />RFP - Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Inspection of Sanitary Sewer Mains <br />reserves the right to reject any video where changes in the orientation of the camera <br />could have been corrected by such modifications or by performing the work during <br />periods of low flow. <br />25. Traffic control for sanitary sewer inspection shall be the responsibility of the contractor <br />and shall conform to the work Area Traffic Control Handbook (WATCH). Flashing <br />arrow boards shall be used on arterial streets. <br />25. In two (5) working days after being notified to inspect a particular section of sewer main, <br />the contractor shall begin CCTV inspection, and shall diligently pursue that work to <br />completion. <br />The consultant shall perform all sewer manhole assessment inspections services per NASSCO <br />standards by the Manhole Assessment Certification Program (MACP) Level I. Level I (MACP) <br />shall include all information included on Level I (MACP) detailed therein in addition to the, using <br />valid MACP defect codes. <br />The contractor shall be an independent contractor capable of providing experienced, <br />knowledgeable and professional staff. The contractor shall be responsive and maintain <br />excellent working relationships with city residents, businesses, government officials and City <br />staff. The contractor shall provide adequate staffing levels at all times and adhere to <br />established schedules. <br />All vehicles and or towed equipment shall carry "City of Santa Ana Authorized Contractor" <br />magnet sign affixed and visible. See Exhibit "I". <br />The contractor shall comply with all federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, <br />and statutes, including but not limited to these contract documents <br />18 <br />19C-20
