BIDDER'S PROPOSAL FORMAT <br />Table 3-1 (Proposal Checklist) consists of a list of items the Bidder must include in its proposal <br />for SCE to consider such proposals to be "responsive" (i.e., receiving a passing score) in the <br />Threshold assessment; see Section 4 (Proposal Evaluation Criteria) for more information.
