Sec 18-616, - Registration Application Form, Manner, Timing. and Pri <br />wit i 15 calendar days of the date of adopti <br />(A) The Director shall ority Order <br />on of this Article, create <br />, <br />r-gictration appli a io orm and instructions that strictly require only the information req iu red <br />pursuant to Sec 18-515 of this Article and shall begin aceep ng applic ations on a published date <br />within 0 calendar days of the date of adoption of this Article. <br />(b) At least seven calendar days prior t the date the Director will b <br />the Director shall ?p ibli on he City's w <br />applications for registration <br />egin =ce ing <br />ebsite and once in a daily <br />, <br />newspaper of general circulation, the date, time, and manner on and in which collectives and <br />cooperatives must submit registration application forms and the require d fee, and shall make <br />p ubli available those forms and ins ructions at City Hall and on the <br />(g) Each collective and cooperative shall submit with its registratio City's website. <br />n application a required <br />_fee pursuant to this Article. <br />(dl As each collective and cooperative submits its registration appli <br />cation an fee pursuant to <br />the Director shall time-stamp the agnlication with the date <br />this Article and time received. A collective or <br />cooperative m may only be assigned one place on the priorilist and mu ltiple submissions will <br />result in immediate disqualification from the registration process. <br />(g) Within seven calendar days of establishing the priori . list, the <br />Director shall publish the <br />list on the City's website and once in a local_ daily newspaper o <br />priori f general circulation. <br />, <br />(f) The order set fort in the priority list shall remain in effect until the priority list has been <br />at which time- should the number of curront valid registratio <br />exhausted ns fah below that <br />, <br />established by Sec. 18-512 of this Article, a new date and time will be s et for submission of <br />additional applications following the process set forth herein <br />- but not m ore frequently than once <br />. <br />eve [y 180 days. <br />(g) Following establishment of the priorilist. the Director shall b <br />egin processing as a <br />ministerial duty the registration applications of collectives and coopera tives in the order <br />established by the prioriy list. The Director shall conti nue processing a pplications until the <br />maximum number of collective and cooperative registrations have been issued a Notice of <br />65A-42
