Approve an appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative <br />votes) <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2013-109 - Recognizing an <br />additional $200,000 awarded to the City of Santa Ana, Santa Ana <br />WORK Center by the County of Orange Social Services Agency for <br />vocational training and work experience activities. <br />2.
