Trabuco Canyon <br /> Tony Painting Garden Grove <br /> <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> <br /> The City establishes an annual blanket order list consisting of vendors that provide supplies and <br /> services that are required by agencies on a consistent basis. Painting services are required at <br /> times by all City departments for the purposes of general maintenance, building modifications, <br /> graffiti control, and renovation. <br /> <br /> Additionally, the Public Works Agency is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the <br /> City's water reservoirs, wells, pressure reducing stations and booster stations. Painting of these <br /> facilities is necessary to prevent damage due to normal use and exposure to the environment. <br /> Exterior painting and coating of reservoirs, pump stations, and the pressure reducing stations <br /> help maintain the City's water facilities in good repair. <br /> <br /> The notice inviting bids was advertised on January 16, 2013, and bids were solicited.
